Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: For our beautiful pieces that are already in stock, we promise to process your order within 24 hours. We can’t wait for you to receive your stunning new jewelry!
  • Custom Jewelry: Each custom piece is lovingly crafted just for you. While we know you’re excited to receive it, please allow us approximately 2 weeks for the creation process. Our skilled artisans take great pride in their work, ensuring every detail is perfect.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Once your order is processed and ready to go, we’ll send it your way with standard shipping, which typically takes 2-3 business days within the U.S.

Please remember, the processing time for custom jewelry (around 2 weeks) is separate from shipping time. After your piece is created, standard shipping will bring it to you within a few days.

International Shipping

We are delighted to extend our shipping options beyond the U.S.

  • Canada: We ship to our lovely neighbors in Canada. Shipping costs and times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.
  • Europe: We also share our beautiful creations with several countries in Europe. Shipping times and costs will depend on your destination.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number. This allows you to follow your package as it makes its journey to you, ensuring you're always informed.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are happy to ship to P.O. boxes so you can receive your treasures wherever you are.
  • However, we currently do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
